During the great lockdown of 2020 I started posting videos on YouTube. The following year I started to pull it all together and created this site, ServiceNerd ,because let’s face it, reading about workflow automation isn’t exactly the most thrilling activity so why not listen to me instead! I promise to make it as entertaining as possible!
