His tech ethos is founded on continuous learning and the belief that every day is an opportunity to grow.

In 2020, Russ created the ServiceNerd YouTube channel to educate and entertain, and at the end of 2022 he launched the Service Ducks Podcast.

In addition to his work, Russ enjoys running and climbing and has completed several races to date.
